The AI Grow Business System™ is $297/month with a $497 one-time professional setup fee. Your initial payment at enrollment is $794 (setup + first month). Monthly billing of $297 begins after that.

A basic AI chat and missed-call text-back automation is included. A full AI Voice Receptionist (inbound call handling, live voice AI) is available as an add-on or as part of the AI Grow Agents™ service, which is priced separately.

Yes. Phone calls, SMS messages, and AI usage (such as voice AI minutes or advanced automation triggers) are billed based on actual consumption through the platform's telephony and AI providers. These usage fees are separate from the $297/month subscription and will vary based on your business activity.

Yes. The AI Grow Business System™ includes a mobile business app available on iOS and Android. You can manage leads, respond to messages, view reports, and run your business from anywhere.

No. AI Grow Partner™ does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, lead volumes, or rankings. Results depend on many factors including your industry, market, offer, and how consistently you engage with the system. We provide the tools, setup, and strategy — your results depend on your business.

No. E-commerce is not included in the standard AI Grow Business System™. It is available as a separately priced add-on based on the store's requirements.

Yes. An e-commerce store can be added through a custom-priced add-on that may include product listings, shopping cart, checkout, payment connections, shipping, taxes, inventory, and other approved store features.

Product uploads are custom priced based on the number of products, variations, images, descriptions, categories, migration requirements, and store complexity.

Yes. Additional products may be added in groups of up to 10, but pricing is provided through a custom quote.

The AI Grow Workforce Business System™ is a specialized platform designed for businesses that hire, manage, or coordinate workers, staff, or field teams. It automates the full workforce lifecycle — from applicant intake to onboarding and ongoing job tracking.

Pricing is customized based on your workforce size and requirements. There is a $995 one-time professional setup fee. Monthly pricing is determined during your strategy session. This system is not included in the $297/month AI Grow Business System™.

Each agent is configured for your business and deployed across voice, SMS, and web channels.

Yes. Voice AI minutes, SMS messages, and AI processing are billed based on actual usage through the underlying telephony and AI providers. These fees are separate from the monthly agent subscription and vary by volume.

No. AI Grow Agents™ are a separate service with their own monthly pricing and setup fee. They can be added alongside the AI Grow Business System™ or as a standalone engagement.

AI Grow Solutions™ is our custom-scope division for businesses that need advanced AI systems, enterprise-grade automation, custom integrations, data dashboards, or multi-location workflows that go beyond our standard packages. Every project is scoped individually.

Pricing is custom scoped per project. There is no fixed monthly or setup fee — all costs are determined during the discovery and scoping process based on your requirements, timeline, and complexity.

Setup timelines depend on how quickly you provide the required information and approvals. Most AI Grow Business System™ setups are completed within 5–10 business days after all required materials are received. Workforce and Solutions projects may take longer based on scope.

Standard support is included with all active subscriptions per the terms of your service agreement. This includes access to the support team via the client portal, email, and scheduled check-ins. Custom development work, additional training sessions, or out-of-scope requests may be quoted separately.

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by your signed service agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled per the notice period specified in your agreement. Please refer to your service agreement or contact your account manager for details.
